How the subset was made
- Open the HSCA active locations spreadsheet (sheet "HSCA_Active_Locations").
- Keep rows where "Dormant (Y/N)" is not Y and either "Service type - Domiciliary care service" or "Service type - Supported living service" is Y.
- Count providers by distinct Provider ID, locations by row.
- Ratings pages use "Location Latest Overall Rating"; key question pages use the latest ratings file, Locations sheet, rows where the primary inspection category is "Community based adult social care services", report type is "Location", and "Care Home?" is N.
