Editable policy and template documents (13 policies, 8 templates, 2 specialist policies) for home care and supported living agencies in England, and, on the upkeep plan, updates and a change log. The documents are guidance and starting points. They are not legal advice and are not approved or certified by CQC. You are responsible for adapting them to your service and for your own compliance.
Delivery
Pre-order: files are emailed within 14 days of payment. If we cannot deliver in 14 days, we will tell you and you can have a full refund.
Refunds
30 days from payment, no questions asked, by emailing hello@careupkeep.co.uk. Upkeep plans can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future payments.
Review status
Documents are drafted with AI tools and checked against CQC's published guidance. Unless the home page states a named reviewer, they have not been reviewed by a qualified care professional.
Free tools and data
The free tools and data pages map CQC's published guidance and open data. They do not tell you whether you are compliant. Figures are aggregates and name no provider. CQC data is reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
