Terms
- Keep the credit link visible and unchanged. It is the only thing we ask for.
- The checker maps CQC's published guidance and says so in the widget. Do not present it as legal advice or as CQC's own tool.
- We may update the questions and the document list when CQC changes its pages (last checked 16 October 2026). The widget updates itself; your snippet does not change.
- No cookies are set and no data about your visitors reaches us or anyone else. Ticks are kept in the visitor's page only.
Who this is not for. Sites outside England's care sector, and anyone wanting a white-label version: email us instead.
